The history and essence of JN Real Estate Services is the owner and founder. Celebrating years of failures, successes, expertise, and experience in a variety of businesses and industries he founded the company to meet the growing needs in the real estate sector in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
A dynamic and entrepreneurial organization, he has created this company with the promise and commitment to fulfill the gaps in the real estate market in a unique manner. The company aims to position itself as a dynamic new fast-growing firm in the real estate sector in Malaysia.
Our founder has been in the Real Estate business for almost 4 years. He is a businessman with maverick determination. He carries a bold business attitude and immense market knowledge across different industries. With an interesting history, going back to 2018, he has closed deals amounting to 10 million ringgit, he has a commendable business profile. JN Real Estate Services stands on his success, his determination, perseverance, business acumen, and goals to bring a wave of innovative change in the real estate sector in Malaysia.

The director, Mr Jeevan also knows as Jevs had a vision of establishing a Real Estate Service Firm that is client centric and focused on consultancy and clients need. Unlike many other agencies that focuses on inventory of listings and promotion of available properties, our sole purpose at JN Real Estate Services is to really understand our clients requirements as well as to educate them on their options. We believe in establishing long term relationships and we promise to be with our clients from enquiry at the start to securing them a property in the end. We also assist our clients post handover if they encounter any issues related to the property.
JN Real Estate Servives also has an expat wing called ERSM- Expat Relocation Services Malaysia.
ERSM EXPAT RELOCATION SERVICES MALAYSIA
ERSM was established to focus on
1) Assisting expats finding a home
2) Assisting foreigners migrate to Malaysia through the MM2H programme
3) Assisting foreign investors invest in Malaysian Real Estate
ERSM's representatives are experienced professionals that are well versed with the rental market and property investments in Malaysia. Till date , collectively we have managed to relocate more than 60 expats.
Through our collaboration with government representatives , we assist foreigners that are intending to make Malaysia their second home. For foreigners who wishes to invest in Malaysia, we have a list of subsale properties andcnew projects that the investor may opt to. We have close relationship with bankers and lawyers to ensure smooth transition of the whole purchase process.
