WHY INVEST IN MALAYSIA REAL ESTATE?

Malaysia is located in the Asia pacific rim where Asia Pacific real estate account for 25% of the global real estate. Malaysia is also been ranked as the top 6th country in the world as the most easiest and friendliest in doing business by World Bank.This is a jump from previous years raking of 16th thus proving Malaysia is on track on its economic transformation. Property prices in Hong Kong and Singapore has risen too much thus making it a lesser preferred choice for foreign investors.
Property prices in Malaysia has been growing despite a slowing economy with average increment between 4% to 7% in recent years with the average rental yield of a property between 3% - 5% respectively. Malaysia’s GDP growth for 2018 and 2019 was recorded at 4.7% and 4.3% respectively.

Malaysia possesses a unique diverse culture and a perfect weather(hot and humid) and beautiful beaches. These accompanied with all the delicious cuisines available make Malaysia a top choice for people.

In recent years, the government of Malaysia introduced the Economic Transformation Programme which is design to boost Malaysia economy is all areas. The High Speed Railway (HSR) and the East Coast Rail Link are initiatives taken to ease and shorten travel time. This will indirectly boost the employment sector, help develop more towns and cities thus contributing to the overall progress of the economy. The construction of Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) and PNB 118 towers will place Malaysia in the world map again for having one of the tallest sky scrapers in the world.


Malaysia is ranked 3rd in the most peaceful country in Asia and in the healtcare sector, Malaysia scores a 95 out of 100 and takes the first spot as the ‘Best Healthcare’ under the ‘World’ category of the 2019 International Living Global Retirement Index. In the ongoing Covid19 pandemic, Malaysia became one of the first countries in the world to successfully contain the virus and reopen its economy. 
Malaysia is also home to many famous and renowned universities such as University Malaya(UM), University Kebangsaan Malaysia(UKM), University Teknologi Malaysia(UTM) and many more. Malaysia also houses many famous international universities’ campuses such as Monash University, Northingham University, and Curtin University. Expats who come work here tend to bring their family over and enrol their children to these schools and universities due to its reputation of being one of the top universities in the world.

Malaysians are generally very friendly and hospitable. English is a widely spoken language thus making communication very easy. Malaysia’s also has well-developed infrastructure of airports, highways and seaports thus making trading easy. Malaysia possesses a highly skilled workforce which have attracted many multinational companies to set up a base in the country. These are the many factors that contribute to the reason why investment in Malaysian Real Estate is a definite win for any investor.
